Welcome to the Federated States of Gapla

A view of Gaplastovia from the Croatian side of the Danube.

The Federated States of Gapla consists of Gaplastovia and Cristus, two distinct territories on the west bank of the Danube River. Both areas offer stunning views of the Danube and are rich in breathtaking natural beauty.

These territories were claimed by the Federated States of Gapla due to their former status as terra nullius: at the time, no valid territorial claim was held by any country, including Croatia and Serbia. Gapla’s mission is to establish a new, innovative, and modern nation and community on these territories. The Government of Gapla invites you to explore these territories and even consider settlement opportunities.

Interested individuals may apply for a visa to visit Gapla. Following a continuous, seven day camping requirement, a select few may be granted approval to settle. Please note that approval is not guaranteed, and all visitors and settlers must comply with the regulations set forth by the Government of Gapla.

Stepping onto Gaplan territory is a remarkable experience, offering you the exciting chance to contribute ideas for the future settlement of Greater Danubia and even apply to become a settler yourself. Honor your country, Gapla, by visiting our beautiful territories by the Danube. Wouldn’t it be amazing to step into Gaplan territory and discuss future plans for settlement with government officials?
